Today’s WOD is all about choice. Each and every day we have the choice to either stay the same or grow. Your choice is what makes all the difference. You’ve heard of an apple a day keeps the doctor away right? Well sames goes for 100 reps. 100 Reps A Day Keeps The Doctor Away.
When you complete one round of today’s WOD you’ll be so proud of yourself you’ll want to try again tomorrow. And yes, because of your choice today you will want to try something new tomorrow.
Just like an apple, movement can help your body detoxify your body. It also helps with circulation. I bet your doctor would be pretty impressed with how much you’re movement patters change with each WOD you’ve completed by now.

So let’s get to the workout shall we?
WOD #165 100 Reps A Day Keeps The Doctor Away
Warm-Up – 5 Minutes Cardio (Cardio can be walking, high knees, march in place, jumping rope or anything else you can think of)
1 – 6 Rounds
Reps: 100
- The movement is up to you. You get to choose what movement to do. It can be 100 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 dips, 100 lunges, 100 sit ups, 100 burpees or anything else you can dream up.
- Now, when you complete 100 reps that completes one round. That will at the very least keep you in your current state of health. If you were to complete 2,3,4,5 or 6 rounds total you will increase your level of health.
- After you complete the round(s). be sure to cool down.
Your cool down is very simple. Take 10 deep breaths. Breathe in through your noes and breathe out of your mouth.
Have fun with this because that’s what life is all about. The fun.
